£150,000 for teacher’s damaged vocal chords
Trade union NASUWT has won a settlement of £150,000 for a member after archaic working conditions left her with permanent
damage to her vocal chords. The primary school teacher worked for three years in a Victorian classroom that had no ventilation
and was overheated.
