USPTO: Arthrex review needed to end ‘constitutional infirmity’

The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has asked the Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS) to review the controversial US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) Arthrex Inc v Smith & Nephew Inc decision and postpone granting any similar appeals until the case is resolved.
