The novel coronavirus pandemic has disrupted regularoperations of agencies and courts across the US. The US International TradeCommission (ITC) is no exception. The ITC has temporarily waived and amendedrequirements for filing of paper copies and other physical media in 337investigations and delayed in-person hearings, at present, “until such time asthe agency enters Phase Three of the Commission’s three-phase plan”. 1
