Judge's finding of credibility overturned
A man was involved in a road traffic accident where he sustained a whiplash-type soft tissue injury to his neck and shoulders.
Liability was admitted and therefore the only issue to determine was quantum. He claimed, amongst other losses, future loss
of overtime earnings, future miscellaneous losses and future payments for osteopathic therapy.
