Motorcyclist equally negligent in accident

The Court of Appeal has found a motorcyclist 50% contributorily negligent for riding at an excessive speed when approaching a blind right-angled bend. The motorcyclist collided with a car which was one metre over the notional centre line of the road and travelling in the opposite direction. The collision took place on the motorcyclist's side of the road.
