£90,000 damages for former scaffolder
A former scaffolder dying from mesothelioma has been awarded £90,000 in damages.The man was exposed to dust from an oil refinery
on a daily basis during the 1960s and 1970s. The asbestos dust was from pipeline lagging. Esso made an out of court settlement
without admission of liability.
