£3mn for brain damaged child
A boy who was left brain damaged at birth has been awarded £3mn in damages at the High Court.The boy, now 13, was left severely
disabled when his mother was given the wrong drugs during labour. The health authority disputed this version of events, but
agreed to the settlement.
