New US trade secrets bill ‘like fixing a dam with your thumb’

A recently introduced piece of US legislation aimed at preventing Chinese entities from allegedly stealing US aeronautical
trade secrets shows the US government is attempting “to seal up all the leaks by trying to reinforce the infrastructure of
a dam with a myriad of holes”, according to an IP investigator.
