Army sued over stress of tours of duty
The Army is being sued by former soldier for damages, claiming he was mentally scarred by five tours of duty in Northern Ireland.
He argues that the Army breached its legal duty by failing to refer him for medical treatment. He was later diagnosed with
post traumatic stress disorder.
