Car crash passenger gets £1mn
A passenger has won more than £1mn in compensation after the car he was travelling in hit a brick wall and plunged six metres
onto a railway line. The man sustained a serious brain injury, as well as post traumatic epilepsy, facial injuries and fractures
to his arm and leg.
