‘Legally possible’ for UK to stay in UPC, according to prep chair

While the Unitary Patent Court (UPC) system without the UK willbe “suboptimal”, UPC Preparatory Committee chair Alexander Ramsay said hebelieves it is still “legally and practically possible for the UK to stay inthe [UPC] project”.
