NHS sued over surviving twin
The NHS is being sued for £250,000 by a woman who had an abortion after learning that she was pregnant with twins, but who
gave birth to one of the babies. The woman, who was 16 at the time, is seeking compensation and damages for the “financial
burden” of raising her daughter.
