UK Patents Court still open for business

As the pandemic crisis deepens, in a
message to judges, the Lord Chief Justice has warned that if too much court business is adjourned, backlogs and delays will build
to an intolerable level. Adjustments will be necessary, but the aim is for hearings to continue to take place as safely as
possible.
