Acas publishes new guidance on non-disclosure agreements

New guidance on non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) has been published by Acas to help employers and workers understand what NDAs are and how to prevent their misuse. The guidance was in response to the recent publicity around the use of NDAs in cases that involve workplace sexual harassment or discrimination. These concerns have raised questions around the general use of NDAs at work, said Acas.
