Time-bar SCOTUS case ‘not judicially reviewable’

A Supreme Court of the US (SCOTUS) case concerning whether the time-bar limiting when an inter partes review (IPR) can be filed under section 315(b) of the US Patent Act is “not judicially reviewable”, according to  Click-to-Call Technologies’ recent brief.
