MG SCAFFOLDING (OXFORD) LTD v PALMLOCH LTD

Adjudication – Identity of party to adjudication – Whether trading name sufficient identification – Jurisdiction of adjudicator

The claimant brought an action in which it sought summary judgment in order to enforce the decision of an adjudicator. The defendant sought to resist the application on the ground that the adjudicator lacked jurisdiction because the adjudication had been brought against the wrong party.
