Financial Instruments with Characteristics of Equity
EFRAG has now published its final comment letter
1 on the IASB’s discussion paper, Financial Instruments with Characteristics of Equity. The conclusions of its three-page letter
supported by an annex of 40 pages are perhaps not that surprising given the earlier draft comment letter (WAR, November 2018)
but, nevertheless, it will be a disappointment for the IASB.
