Former USPTO deputy general counsel joins Perkins Coie
Nathan Kelley who previously worked as a solicitor and deputy general counsel at the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)
has joined Perkins Coie as a partner in its intellectual property practice group. He had also served as Chief Patent Administrative
Patent Judge in charge of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
