‘No-deal’ UK classified as ‘third country’ under audiovisual directive

In the event of a no-deal scenario after the UK leavesthe EU, the government has revealed that the Audiovisual Media Services
Directive (AVMSD) and the ‘country of origin’ principle will no longer apply to
services under UK jurisdiction that are broadcast into the EU.
