APIL says compulsory ADR will mean delays and unnecessary costs

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) has warned that the Civil Justice Council’s suggestion that compulsory alternative dispute resolution (ADR) should be considered further for personal injury claimants would result in delays and unnecessary costs.
