Government not ruling out fees for employment tribunal claims

The government has said that it has not taken a final decision on whether it will have fees for employment tribunal claims, but has not ruled it out, and suggested that it will indeed charge fees. The Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice, David Lidington, appearing in front of the Justice Committee, referred to the recent Supreme Court decision in the Unison judgment.
