Nuisance calls to reach “epidemic” proportions after reforms

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) has warned that government plans to reform “whiplash” and other low-value personal injury claims will result in nuisance calls and texts about personal injury claims reaching “epidemic” proportions.
