The new International Hulls Clauses

The London Market adopted International Hulls Clauses with effect from 1 November 2002, for use with marine policies issued in London. The clauses replace those adopted on 1 November 1995. In many respects the new clauses are similar, but they are far more detailed and, in particular, for the first time set out complex claims conditions which must be complied with by assureds.
