In International Lottery Management Ltd v Dumas and others , July 2001, to be reported in [2002] Lloyd’s Rep IR, HHJ Dean QC considered a series of issues concerning the alleged non-disclosure and misrepresentation of material facts for a political risks policy. Some of the issues were questions of materiality, whereas others were more wide-ranging and raise general points of London market procedure.
