Rowntree Ventures Ltd and another v Oak Property Partners Ltd and another [2016] EWHC 1523 (Ch)

This case raises some interesting issues arising from the marketing and sale of leases of hotel rooms, primarily for investment purposes. The scheme appears to have failed and the question of remedies arose. We highlight the case in brief to raise awareness.
