The Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) (Amendment) Regulations 2001, SI 2001 No 2266, has made a number of amendments to the record-keeping obligations imposed upon insurers by the Motor Vehicles (Third Party Risks) Regulations 1972, SI 1992 No 1283. The 2001 Regulations came into force on 16 July 2001.
