Barroso tells EU Court Dalli resigned not sacked
Former Commission President Manuel José Barroso has told the EU’s General
Court of Justice that former EU Health Commissioner John Dalli resigned of his
own free will in October 2012 over a cash-for-access lobbying scandal and was
not sacked.
