Broker Willis... is to buy PPH Ltd and its UK-based professional indemnity insurance broker subsidiary, Prime Professions Ltd, which was formed in 2006. Prime Professions employs 50 professional indemnity specialists. Following the completion of the deal, Martin Ellis, currently Prime Professions director and Head of Risk Solutions, will lead the UK professional indemnity practice of Willis.
