Court of Appeal: LLP member is not a worker
The Court of Appeal has held that a member of an LLP was not a worker and therefore unable to bring a whistleblowing claim.
However, she was able to pursue her discrimination claim as she had a sufficiently strong connection with Great Britain, even
though she worked predominately in Tanzania.
