£100,000 settlement for RTA victim

A passenger who was trapped injured inside the wreckage of a car for more than two hours following a collision has received £100,000 in an out of court settlement. The driver lost control of the car as it crossed a roundabout, and collided with some trees. She suffered multiple deep bruising injuries throughout her body as well as soft-tissue injuries to her neck and back and substantial cuts to her face, head, hands and feet, and tore muscles in both her legs.
