Office workers who ‘over-work’ risk their mental and physical health

Office workers are risking their mental and physical health by working more than two hours extra every night, according to a new Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) survey. It found that around two-thirds (64%) of the 2,000 UK office workers polled said they continued working on smartphones and other devices after leaving the office, for an average of two hours 18 minutes. The CSP warned that poor posture when using such devices can lead to back and neck pain.
