£220,000 in compensation for mesothelioma

A man who managed hotels during his career has been awarded £220,000 in compensation after being diagnosed with mesothelioma. He had spent the majority of his career working in old buildings which often contained asbestos lagging. He travelled across the country working as a manager for a hotel chain, often working in dusty boiler rooms and cellars. His claim was settled out of court.
