Fenn Report recommends review of RTA process

The Ministry of Justice has released a report entitled “Evaluating the low value Road Traffic Accident process”, by Professor Paul Fenn, the Head of the Economics and Finance Division and Professor of Insurance Studies at Nottingham University Business School. The report looks at the impact of the low value Road Traffic Accident (RTA) process on general damages, costs, and speed of settlement in low value RTA claims, one year after implementation.
