Ministry of Justice publishes Judicial and Court Statistics 2011

The Ministry of Justice has published Judicial and Court Statistics 2011 which reveals that there was a 4% fall compared to 2010 in civil (non-family) cases commencing in the county courts. Within the total of 1,553,983 cases started in 2011:
