Statistics on professional negligence actions against solicitors

Law-Now, the information service from CMS Cameron McKenna, has examined the latest statistics published in the Judicial and Courts Statistics Report into professional negligence actions launched against solicitors. The statistics show some decrease in the number of professional negligence actions launched against solicitors, slightly reversing the steep upwards trend seen between 2007 and 2009.
