The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice, Jonathan Djanogly, has set out further details of the provisions under
part 2 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 relating to civil litigation funding and costs, after
consideration of further advice from the Civil Justice Council.
