Forum of Insurance Lawyers on clinical negligence claims

The Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) has said that there is “little doubt” that conditional fee agreements have caused an increase in the number of clinical negligence claims, and this has been compounded by the activities of claims farmers.
