Medical negligence settlement after birth injury
A multi-million pound medical negligence settlement has been awarded after an accident at a hospital left a girl blind and
only able to feed through a tube. She was starved of oxygen during her birth and has been left with a severe case of cerebral
palsy and as a result she is blind and will never be able to eat solid food.
