Class action lawsuit launched over Concordia disaster

A class action lawsuit has been launched against Costa Cruises and its US-based owner Carnival Group following the Costa Concordia disaster. Consumer group Codacons, in collaboration with two U.S. law firms, Napoli Bern Ripka Shkolnik and Proner Proner LLP, have launched a class action in Miami, Florida against the shipping company.
