£4million in compensation for bike accident

A tennis coach who was paralysed after being thrown from his bike by a Land Rover has been awarded £4million in compensation. The accident put him in a coma for three weeks. He spent six months at the National Hospital for Neurosurgery and Neurology. After 21 months of treatment, he still requires 24-hour care and requires a wheelchair to get around and needs to be fed through a tube.
