Survey reveals British attitudes to claiming compensation

New research from RSA has revealed British attitudes to claiming compensation, with one in five Brits saying they are as likely to sue a charity or a place of worship, as they would a nightclub, even if the accident was their own fault. The research commissioned by RSA explored people’s attitudes to claiming compensation for injuries that could occur outside of the home, such as slipping on a wet floor or falling down a flight of stairs.
