A Polish hospital consultant who claimed sex and race discrimination and unfair dismissal against an NHS trust and three senior
staff members has been awarded record compensation of £4.5 million by an employment tribunal. She suffered mental trauma after
colleagues campaigned to get rid of her following maternity leave.
