Latest court ruling on Deepwater Horizon

In what Sir Arthur Conan Doyle might have called the “Case of the Missing Comma,” a US federal court inserted an “implicit comma” in a drilling contract between BP and Transocean to hold BP was not an additional insured under Transocean’s insurance coverage in respect of the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
