Claims Standards Council warning over judicial review
Solicitors for the Claims Standards Council (CSC), the trade body which represents claims management companies, have written
to the Government warning of CSC’s intention to commence judicial review proceedings if the Government goes ahead with its
proposed ban on referral fees.
