£17,000 in damages for cyclist

A cyclist who was struck by a car and knocked off his bike on a roundabout near his home has received £17,000 in damages in an out of court settlement. He was cycling around the roundabout when he was knocked off his bike. His head had struck the windscreen of the car, and he suffered a fractured hip as well as considerable bruising to his head and face.
