NHSLA reports increase in clinical claims
The National Health Service Litigation Authority (NHSLA) has published its “Report and Accounts 2010–2011” which revealed
that after large increases in previous years, new claims volumes for newly reported clinical claims rose by around 30% in
2010-11 and by around 6% for non-clinical.
