Mesothelioma compensation settlements

The widow of a man who died from mesothelioma after being exposed to asbestos throughout his career has received £198,000 in an out of court settlement. He worked as an engineer’s mate with a steel company and then an oil refinery. In both cases he was heavily exposed to asbestos dust and fibres.
