£50,000 in damages for RTA

A man, who fractured his neck when the vehicle he was a passenger in collided with a stationary car, has received £50,000 in damages. The man, who was a front-seat passenger at the time of the collision, was taken by ambulance to hospital where he was x-rayed and told he had suffered a fractured neck.
