IOSH responds to Independent Review of Health and Safety Legislation

The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) has responded to Professor Ragnar Löfstedt’s call for evidence in the review of health and safety legislation that there is no scope for cuts. But the Institution also suggested that some regulations could be merged, as long as they do not weaken the responsibility employers have to protect their staff from injury and ill health.
