Referral fees it's now about reputation

So where are we on the issue of referral fees? Lots of debate, discussion, invective and finger-pointing, but the truth is, very little has changed. Apart from a handful of brave and forward-thinking insurers, the insurance industry is still accepting the dirty cash, whilst at the same time decrying the practice and moaning about how much it ultimately costs them in claims. As for everyone else, they are following the insurers’ line about everyone doing it, yes it is regrettable but what can you do?
